Glyn opened his first restaurant in Ibiza in 2005, launching Oasis Bay in San Antonio Bay. Building on its success, he went on to open Relish Restaurant in 2008, where the venue quickly earned a strong reputation for exceptional food and warm, attentive service. In 2015, the team embraced an exciting opportunity to relocate to a larger premises — their current stunning venue, complete with a spacious, inviting pool and breathtaking sea views. Head Chef Glyn officially joined the Relish team in 2013, bringing with him outstanding culinary expertise. Since then, he has continued to elevate and expand the menu, introducing a standout Burger selection and, most recently, the hugely popular World Tapas menu.
